Dear Sutton County Days Arts & Crafts Vendor:

Sonora Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to participate in the 37th Annual Sutton
County Days Arts and Crafts Show on August 12, 2010.

The festival committee has selected the Sutton County Park as the location for the event.  The
show will be on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  We will be opening the event on
Saturday morning starting with the parade at 9:00 a.m. beginning on Concho Street then ending at
the Sutton County Park. Once again, we are registering arts and crafts booths and spaces on a
first to enter basis, so send your entries in early.  Assignments of booth spaces will be based 
solely on order of entry, not on past performance or past locations.  we cannot guarantee space
availability.  Participants will need to check in with the Chamber Tent upon arrival to find the
designated area for your booth.  If you do not check in, your space may be given to someone
else.  There will be absolutely no tearing down of booths prior to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.  
The rules will be the same as in previous years; that is no "Garage Sale" or "Flea Market" type
exhibits.  Please be specific when describing your merchandise on the entry form.  THIS RULE
WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
