Dear Prospective Sponsor:

I am writing on behalf of the Sonora Chamber of Commerce, which is responsible for organizing Sonora’s 37^th Annual Sutton County Days Celebration.  This festival, held every August, is the largest event held in Sonora each year.  The event features the Sonora Outlaw Pro Rodeo performances, as well as, a parade, an arts and crafts festival, children’s rides and games, and entertainment on Saturday.  Each year this event attracts hundreds of tourists from all over Texas.  This year’s event will be held August 13^th & 14^th and is expected to be better than ever. We already have a long list of vendors wishing to take part in the festival.

If you have been a sponsor in the past, you know the exposure value received by your advertisement at Sutton County Days.  If you have not previously been a sponsor, the Sonora Chamber of Commerce would like to offer you the opportunity to help sponsor Sonora’s biggest event.  The festival will begin Saturday morning with a parade and continue throughout the day at the Sutton County Park. Your company will receive verbal recognition throughout the day on Saturday at the entertainment tent, as well as, the recognition offered for each corresponding sponsorship package.  I have enclosed a breakdown of available sponsorship packages for your review.  In order to meet our printing deadlines, we will be closing out our sponsorship packages on July 1, 2010, so please let us know by this date which package best fits your needs.
