HOURS: Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

DEADLINE: July 30, 2010

CHECK IN/SET UP: Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Show opens at 10:00 a.m.

CHECK OUT: 5:00 p.m. Saturday

FEES: $150 - no commission

Fees must be paid with the return of the registration form and sales tax permit must be attached to entry. Please include a copy of your insurance.

*All applications must be received by the Chamber of Commerce no later than July 30, 2010.

*Send applications to Sonora Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 1172, Sonora, Texas 76950 or drop off at 205 Hwy 277 North.

*No refunds for cancellation after July 30, 2010

*There will be a $50.00 clean up charge for booths left unclean

*Parking and entry for vendors will be behind the Sutton County Civic Center

*Each organization is responsible for own set-up to be completed by 10:00 a.m. Saturday

*You must provide your own tents, tables, chairs and display equipment

*List of excluded items is attached.

Those participants who may have any type of handicap are asked to indicate such on entry form so that attempts may be made to locate booth space in a convenient area at the Sutton County Park

The Sonora Chamber of Commerce, City of Sonora, and/or the County of Sutton is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Water Balloons of any type

Water Guns

Itching Powder

Stink Bombs

Fake Cigarettes

Lighters

Disappearing Ink

“Popping” Pellets

Potato Guns

Propelled projectiles of any kind

Or any other product that will be harmful or offensive to the environment, to another person or their property.

Any exhibitor selling products of this nature will be asked to stop selling this product.
